Every seat was full at Jackie Plante’s celebration of life on November 22. She impacted so many of us in a deep way.

On November 15, our beloved Jackie Plante went home to be with the Lord. Jackie and her husband Roger helped launch Renaissance Church back in 2003. She was a spiritual mom to many. She loved you with an overflow of love from the Savior who filled her heart. She created space for you, knew how to draw out the real answer to how you’re doing. Jackie gave life-changing, practical wisdom and prayed powerful, Spirit-led, faith-filled prayers.

Jackie had a special compassion for people who were often overlooked, especially those from the homeless community. As church member Cora put it, she “embodied what it means to serve the Lord and others.” We miss her so much, and yet we know she’s in glory with Christ, reaping the reward for her faithful life.
