A team of volunteers from Ren helped at PVD Fest this weekend. Providence’s world-renowned art, culture and culinary community join forces with artists from across the country and globe to deliver a fantastic experience. Live music, dance, food, and visual art installations transform the city in a four-day, multi-arts take-over of public spaces, parks, and outdoor stages in the heart of Providence, Rhode Island. Ren volunteers met on Saturday morning at 9am for prayer, coffee, and Knead donuts, and then walked downtown together. We spent the day serving by helping with setup, talking with festival attendees, and sorting waste. We loved having the opportunity to serve and celebrate the city in this way!
